Meet the Musical Director

Tim Lincoln is now on his third spell ‘out front’. He learnt his music and conducting skills in The Royal Marines, who also turned him into no mean bass player. He has had a 26 year association with the band, and mixes warm humour with exacting musical knowledge and expectations. His skill is to make everyone feel they can play their part, and want to play it better.
